Pain
Acupuncture has been proven effective for treating a variety of pain, from acute injuries to fibromyalgia and pain caused by long-standing issues. T&T works with pro athletes, marathoners and helped manage chronic pain.
Mental Health Support
The mind and body are consistently sending signals to each other. By regulating the symptoms the body is experiencing, we can calm the symptoms of anxiety, insomnia, depression, and overthinking and the effects of high stress.
Gynecological Health & Fertility
Thistle & Thorne helps to address menstrual and hormonal issues, including PCOS, irregular cycles, menstrual pain and PMS. We also work with both parents through IVF, IUI, and natural conception.
Pregnancy and Post-Partum Care
We work closely with you throughout your pregnancy, adjusting care as your body changes. We are also partners with Partum Care, which specializes in parental health.
Migraines
Thistle & Thorne works with migraine patients of all kinds. We work to both reduce the pain and symptoms during an active migraine and reduce the frequency of migraines.
Colds and Allergies
Acupuncture has a strong effect on the immune system, making it effective at addressing colds, flus, and allergy symptoms. Treatments, especially during the sick season can be beneficial at reducing frequency and intensity of illness.

If you are looking to use your insurance or have questions about your coverage, please complete our insurance form and our billing team will be able to connect with you about your plan. If your specific coverage does not cover acupuncture treatments, we also offer various treatment packages to keep your treatments as accessible as possible.

Acupuncture Initial Visit
During your initial visit, we will discuss your health history, goals with acupuncture, and answer any questions you might have about the process. This session will also create a treatment plan to address your needs and set your expectations for your following treatments.

Your Follow-Up appointments will include a discussion of how your symptoms have changed and a treatment designed to fit your progress. Because these treatments are more focused on maintaining and adjusting your treatment plan, you will have more time to relax throughout acupuncture your treatment.

Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is one of the original forms of medicine and is still a basis for modern pharmaceuticals. Our herbal providers are board-certified, with thousands of hours of study and specialization. Your herbal formula is a great way to support your health goals or even extend the time between treatments. The price of herbs is not included in the appointment cost.

Cupping and gua sha appointments are shorter treatments that focus on pain relief, stress management, recovery from a cold or illness, and injury treatment. They are as relaxing as they are effective and are perfect for patients who prefer not to receive acupuncture or have a limited amount of time for appointments.
